A quick congratulations to one of our delivery drivers, Mr. Todd Dreher. He just recently reached a huge milestone with Perfect Delivery, hitting 30 years of employment with us! We want to thank him for his amazing service and work!
A special note, Todd runs a "Pizza Ministry" where he delivers day old pizzas to those in need, recovering from surgery, radiation, and others.

Customer's Comments: I want to recognize our delivery driver. He got us our food fast and got pretty wet in the process. He parked on the street and walked up to our door and handed it to my wife. He just did a great job. We are having the remnants of the hurricane hit us in upstate South Carolina today, so it was really rainy and windy too. The remnants of Hurricane Isaias hit upstate South Carolina today, and I thought it would be a good day to have some warm food delivered. The delivery driver went way out of his way. We have a longer driveway with a hill, and unfortunately, he had parked at the bottom, walked up, and got pretty wet delivering the pizza. He did a great job!
ALl ABout the Quality
Awesome job to the following stores for leading product quality! This is based off the AI system/camera right above every cut station. When a box is closed. AI technology rewinds the clock a second or two to capture a picture of the product and grade each pizza as a pass or fail. The key components are crust size and roundness (Looking for 1" crust), cheese distribution (no red edges or spots of missing cheese), and topping distribution. It counts the pepperoni so using the right amount every time. It takes everyone on the same page and everyone doing their part to produce high scores.

Referral Bonus
Some of our best recruits come from our successful existing team members. Did you know you can earn an additional $200.00 for each person you help bring on board to Perfect Delivery? The recruit must be made known to the GM before hiring and GM will record on the date of their onboarding. After 90 days of employment, you will receive $100 and after 120 days, you will receive another $100. New employee must also average a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Need extra cash for tuition or books for college? PDI is here to help. We award up to 2000$ annual scholarships to college employees.
Qualified Employees receive up to 2000$ in scholarship money for each full year of work at Papa John's.

Must work an average of 15 hours a week at Papa John's for one year to receive any part of the scholarship
15 hours per week = 500$
30 hours per week = 1000$
40 hours per week = up to 2000$
PDI 401K Retirement Savings Plan
If you are full time and at least the age of 21 years old. You are eligible to become a part of our 401K Retirement Savings Plan. 401K are one of the best investments and return out there. Perfect Delivery matches dollar for dollar on the first 3% you save and 50 cents to the dollar on %'s 4 and 5. These funds can also be pre-taxed. It is highly recommended to invest 5% of your earnings and Perfect Delivery will contribute another 4%. Week after Week, month after month, this will accrue to larger funds. All is invested in the markets to help you earn additional interest.
