December annual Christmas party

We would like to thank everyone that showed up to our Annual Christmas Party 2025! A lot of fun memories were created as we gathered for food, drinks, and casino games! Each Individual is given 10k in casino chips to play games. Winnings are converted into raffle tickets for a big screen TV, speakers, vacation days, and gift cards. The more you win at the tables, the better chance you have of winning your prize! It was such a hit, we plan to have this event again for 2026 so keep an eye out towards the end of the year to join in on the fun!

This year instead of the Christmas Store Decorating Contest. We chose to try an Ugly Sweater Contest. We had a lot of entries and loved seeing all the ugly sweaters. Congratulations to our winners!

Will Pan be the new stuffed success?
We are excited to announce the newest addition to the Papa John's Menu! Over the years, Papa John's has wanted to compete in having the best Pan pizza in the business. We feel they have executed it correctly with easy operations and full of flavor! Back in December, Papa John's Corporate decided to run the $9.99 any pizza promotion to gain transactions and momentum for this very product. It is imperative we train hard to execute this product flawlessly. Pizza Hut who was known for their pan pizza has lost market share over the last few months. This is our newest opportunity to gain customers. Let's work together and focus on product quality, service, and image to impress our guests who will be trying this for the first time!

Food presentation directly impacts perceived value: a beautifully boxed pizza makes customers more willing to pay a higher price because it elevates the overall experience. The quality ingredients we use simply cost more than our competitors. Quality product is the foundation of Papa John's. We must work together to focus on correct procedures from slap to makeline, and out the oven. One key position is the oven. Quality control and some tweaks at the cut station can make a huge difference in the presentation of the product. Please watch this short video presentation on cut station best practices.
Awesome job to the following stores for leading product quality in December! This is based off the AI system/camera right above every cut station. When a box is closed. AI technology rewinds the clock a second or two to capture a picture of the product and grade each pizza as a pass or fail. The key components are crust size and roundness (Looking for 1" crust), cheese distribution (no red edges or spots of missing cheese), and topping distribution. It counts the pepperoni so using the right amount every time and using some tips in the video above make a big difference. It takes everyone on the same page and everyone doing their part to produce high scores. The national PJ average is 63%

For many years now, we have rewarded our GM's and AM's for operating their stores to Perfect Delivery standards. As long as operational audits conducted by Area Director's meet (88 B+) average and been in place for the year, they are eligible for a paid all inclusive resort experience at a beach destination. We are excited to announce the winners and eligible stores for 2025. Thank you for all you do and upholding higher standards!

Based on Focus System Data. Stores that average 18 or less OTD are doing a great job meeting the goal of having deliveries in the hands of customers in 35 minutes from ordering.
Additional DRIVER TIP for winter Months: We want to deliver hot products. When possible and hot bags available, double bag your orders to add extra insulation from the cold! Polls show that hot products help driver tips!

Referral Bonus
Some of our best recruits come from our successful existing team members. Did you know you can earn an additional $200.00 for each person you help bring on board to Perfect Delivery? The recruit must be made known to the GM before hiring and GM will record on the date of their onboarding. After 90 days of employment, you will receive $100 and after 120 days, you will receive another $100. New employee must also average a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Perfect Delivery is committed to helping people grow. Whether that is with Papa John's or simply helping to create a path to achievements. Especially with Education. PDI 401K Retirement Savings Plan
If you are full time and at least the age of 21 years old. You are eligible to become a part of our 401K Retirement Savings Plan. 401K are one of the best investments and return out there. Perfect Delivery matches dollar for dollar on the first 3% you save and 50 cents to the dollar on %'s 4 and 5. These funds can also be pre-taxed. It is highly recommended to invest 5% of your earnings and Perfect Delivery will contribute another 4%. Week after Week, month after month, this will accrue to larger funds. All is invested in the markets to help you earn additional interest.
