Scholarship Program Revamped
Perfect Delivery, Inc. dba Papa John's in Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina awards up to 2000$ Annual Scholarships to college employees to pursue their goals of higher education.
College Students can receive up to 2000$ per year after you have been employed for one year as long as you are currently enrolled in any secondary education and are an employee in good standing.
Qualifications:

Must have worked with Perfect Delivery for minimum one year

Currently enrolled in college/university

Must work an average of 15 hours a week at Papa John's for one year to receive any part of the scholarship
Qualified Employees receive up to 2000$ in scholarship money for each full year of work at Papa John's.
Scholarship Payout:
Scholarships range from 500$-2000$. The more hours you work the more money you can receive.
Working an average of 15 hours per week then you can receive 500$. if you average 30 hours, you could receive 1000$. If you average 40 hours, then you can earn up to 2000$

March Madness NCAA Tournaments are underway with the final championship game being played on Monday, April 6th. Winners for our bracket competition will be announced in the April Newsletter

On Easter Sunday, April 5th stores have the option to open late at 4pm to give your team some time with family. Communication will be sent out by your Area Directors and GMs

Additional tip for GMs: R.O.I.P.s are always ever present! Try to schedule a day and time with your ADs for a practice R.O.I.P inspection
ALl ABout the Quality
Awesome job to the following stores for leading product quality in March! This is based off the AI system/camera right above every cut station. When a box is closed. AI technology rewinds the clock a second or two to capture a picture of the product and grade each pizza as a pass or fail. The key components are crust size and roundness (Looking for 1" crust), cheese distribution (no red edges or spots of missing cheese), and topping distribution. It counts the pepperoni so using the right amount every time. It takes everyone on the same page and everyone doing their part to produce high scores. The national PJ average is 63%

Referral Bonus
Some of our best recruits come from our successful existing team members. Did you know you can earn an additional $200.00 for each person you help bring on board to Perfect Delivery? The recruit must be made known to the GM before hiring and GM will record on the date of their onboarding. After 90 days of employment, you will receive $100 and after 120 days, you will receive another $100. New employee must also average a minimum of 15 hours per week.
PDI 401K Retirement Savings Plan
If you are full time and at least the age of 21 years old. You are eligible to become a part of our 401K Retirement Savings Plan. 401K are one of the best investments and return out there. Perfect Delivery matches dollar for dollar on the first 3% you save and 50 cents to the dollar on %'s 4 and 5. These funds can also be pre-taxed. It is highly recommended to invest 5% of your earnings and Perfect Delivery will contribute another 4%. Week after Week, month after month, this will accrue to larger funds. All is invested in the markets to help you earn additional interest.
