July GM Meeting
At our most recent GM Meeting, we went over the usual numbers and grades for Operation Audits, ROIP scores, OTD times, Kwali high scores, and much more. But our main focus was our new training charts that should be posted in all stores by now. This is a new training tool for GMS to implement in their stores. We had breakout sessions centered around the charts and our main focus was how we are going about using them, pros/cons, and our biggest challenges with them.
A quick shoutout to Mr. Isaac Gaines, our Clemson GM and Newsletter editor. He hit his ten-year mark with Perfect Delivery. Thank you for you dedication and hard work over the years!

Twenty-five total pepperoni are placed below the string cheese when prepping the product

Make sure to label each Pepperoni Stuffed Crust (Abbreviation PS14) with a single pepperoni on the crust

Every pep-stuffed crust receives a ring of garlic parmesan sauce on the crust at the cut station

Awesome job to the following stores for leading product quality! This is based off the AI system/camera right above every cut station. When a box is closed. AI technology rewinds the clock a second or two to capture a picture of the product and grade each pizza as a pass or fail. The key components are crust size and roundness (Looking for 1" crust), cheese distribution (no red edges or spots of missing cheese), and topping distribution. It counts the pepperoni so using the right amount every time. It takes everyone on the same page and everyone doing their part to produce high scores.

Some of our best recruits come from our successful existing team members. Did you know you can earn an additional $200.00 for each person you help bring on board to Perfect Delivery? The recruit must be made known to the GM before hiring and GM will record on the date of their onboarding. After 90 days of employment, you will receive $100 and after 120 days, you will receive another $100. New employee must also average a minimum of 15 hours per week.
PDI Student Scholarship Program
Need extra cash for tuition or books for college? PDI is here to help. We award up to 2000$ annual scholarships to college employees.
Qualified Employees receive up to 2000$ in scholarship money for each full year of work at Papa John's.

Must work an average of 15 hours a week at Papa John's for one year to receive any part of the scholarship
15 hours per week = 500$

PDI 401K Retirement Savings Plan
If you are full time and at least the age of 21 years old. You are eligible to become a part of our 401K Retirement Savings Plan. 401K are one of the best investments and return out there. Perfect Delivery matches dollar for dollar on the first 3% you save and 50 cents to the dollar on %'s 4 and 5. These funds can also be pre-taxed. It is highly recommended to invest 5% of your earnings and Perfect Delivery will contribute another 4%. Week after Week, month after month, this will accrue to larger funds. All is invested in the markets to help you earn additional interest.
