Current Promotion: Say Cheese! New Garlic Cheesy Bread

Another cheesy item to the menu? You could say this cheese product is taking up a slice of my newsletter. Maybe pepperoni has a new friend in pepperjack. Will this new product be a gouda edition to the menu? Okay, I'm out of puns...Let me go shred up some news ones. The Cheesy
Garlic Bread begins on April 27th,
with a price point of 5.99. Training
videos are still in Pizza Academy
in the Period 4 and Period 5
Curriculum. This new breadside is
fairly simple product to make but
still needs great execution on the
makeline and cut station to
ensure we all get it correct!
Tips for the Garlic Cheesy bread
-
Ensure when making the bread to always use two parchment papers underneath the bread, this helps the bread from burning in the oven.
-
All bottle tips cut to first line!
-
Cheese slices are topped on both sides unlike the sandwiches that are just on one side.
-
Mozzarella NEEDS to completely cover the cheese slices (to prevent burning

He is the manager or the co-manager. Super nice guy, dreadlocks, ALWAYS smiling and always remembers my name. John here is also attentive and kind. They always call me by name and ask how I’m doing. It goes a long way/ Great team dynamics here- I never feel like there’s staff tension.
We love this Papa John’s! The staff is so friendly, accurate, and the pizzas are ALWAYS perfect. We order here about 1-2x a month. Truly, it’s a great location and they do fabulous work

Based on Focus System Data. Stores that average 18 or less OTD are doing a great job meeting the goal of having deliveries in the hands of customers in 35 minutes from ordering.
Additional tip for in-stores: Summer Months bring Summer HEAT. Learning how to temp dough and how to help manage dough is very simple. Simply checking on the dough every 30 minutes to an hour can help keep it in good quality.
ALl ABout the Quality
Awesome job to the following stores for leading product quality in March! This is based off the AI system/camera right above every cut station. When a box is closed. AI technology rewinds the clock a second or two to capture a picture of the product and grade each pizza as a pass or fail. The key components are crust size and roundness (Looking for 1" crust), cheese distribution (no red edges or spots of missing cheese), and topping distribution. It counts the pepperoni so using the right amount every time. It takes everyone on the same page and everyone doing their part to produce high scores. The national PJ average is 63%
